Kimbab (K-sushi)

Ingredient (serves 5)

5 CJ Bibigo Sushi Seaweed Sheets
1 pack of Pickled Radish and Burdock (Pre-cutted)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 carrot, julienned
120g spinach
2cups cooked short grain rice


Sauce: 2 Teaspoons of sesame oil



  • Recipe

    1⁾ Boil spinach and julienned carrot, drain water, slightly fry with salt and oil.
    2⁾ Add the beaten egg into pan, cook as omelette over medium heat, cut it into long strips, set aside.
    3⁾ Mix the cooked rice with 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil and sea salt in a bowl.
    4⁾Place one dried seaweed sheet on the bamboo mat (shiny side down). Spread the rice to cover 2/3 of the seaweed. Spread sesame oil on the outside.
    5⁾ Fill the seaweed with your favorite filling ingredients (radish and burdock stripes, egges, carrot). Then roll the seaweed tightly, paste sesame oil on the surface.
    6⁾ Slice Kimbab into bite size pieces. Serve.


    TIPS) Mix and Match different fillings with your favorite food ingredients
    The alternatice ingredients could be cucumber, smocked ham slices,
    Cream Cheese, Bulgogi, Kimchi or Inariage. Design your own Kimbab!
