Welcome to the Hanaromart Customer Loyalty Rewards.
This program rewards our valued customers with exclusive benefits, points for purchases, and other rewards.

Registration

• The Hanaromart Loyalty Program is open to all customers with no age restrictions.

Conditions

1. Each customer is limited to one registered membership.

2. A registered digital card is non-transferable.

3. To earn points, you must present your digital Hanaromart Loyalty Card before the transaction is finalized at the register. Points cannot be earned retroactively, and transactions cannot be reversed to earn points.

4. The points earning rate is determined by the issuing store and may vary over time. Hanaromart reserves the right to adjust the rate at its discretion.

5. Points earned through the Loyalty Program can be used indefinitely without expiration unless redeemed.

6. Certain exclusions, such as tobacco products, may apply. Check with your issuing store for details.

7. Please ensure your personal details are kept up to date. Failure to update your details may result in the inability to provide additional benefits or the cancellation of your digital card.

Updating Personal Details

• Keep your personal details up to date to ensure uninterrupted benefits. Log in to your registered account through our app to make changes.

• Failure to update your details may result in the inability to provide benefits or the cancellation of your digital card.

Lost or Inaccessible Digital Cards

1. If you lose access to your digital card, contact us immediately for assistance.

2. Replacement digital cards will be issued at no cost through your registered account.

3. For security purposes, identity verification may be required before issuing a replacement card.

How to Cancel Your Loyalty Card

1. You may cancel your digital card at any time by contacting us directly.

2. If a card is canceled, any outstanding benefits, including points, will be forfeited.

Important Information

• By joining the Hanaromart Loyalty Club and using your digital card, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

• Your digital card is issued by and remains the property of Hanaromart.

• Hanaromart reserves the right to:

  • Decline to issue digital cards.

  • Withdraw or cancel cards and benefits on reasonable grounds, such as misuse, fraud, or system malfunctions.

  • Terminate a cardholder’s membership in the Loyalty Program or terminate the program entirely.

Entitlements

• Benefits include accrued points, promotional offers, and discounts linked to the digital card.

• Personal information will not be shared with other organizations or third parties without the explicit consent of the customer.

• Hanaromart reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions, the Loyalty Program, or any associated benefits at any time.

• Hanaromart will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the suspension, modification, or termination of the Loyalty Program or failure to provide benefits due to unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
