    Please contact us on 0450 790 846 between 10am and 4pm on weekday. (Not available on weekend and public holiday) or please use 'get in touch (send message)'
  • 2. How to join hanaro mart membership and how to earn point?
    You could join our membership by asking our store staff and just enjoy your benefit. (Amount purchased of 3% will earn points. (excluding discount items, Meat, Fruits and Vegetables, Cigarettes, Kimchi, Rice cooker) You will not be able to accumulate points if you present the card after payment. )
  • 3. How to exchange or refund?
    You could exchange or refund with receipt at the store you’ve purchased otherwise no exchange or refund applicable. (Fresh meat, fruits and vegetable, frozen and chilled product cannot be exchange or refund after 24hours.) we will refund the purchase price where you have simply changed your mind and you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging and with clear proof of purchase. You must put the refund back on the same card you purchased on.
  • 4. Can I get refund without purchase receipt?
    Exchange or refund only available with purchase receipts with you.
  • 5. Can I go any hanaro mart to exchange or refund?
    Exchange or refund only available store where you purchased.
  • 6. I left my belongings at the store.
    We are not responsible for any items you leave behind.
  • 7. Can I buy alchol at the hanaro store?
    You could purchase Asian alcohol from hanaro mart Sunnybank Store only. (You will be asked to present photo ID such as Driver licence, passport and proof of age card.)
  • 8. Use by and best before dates
    Foods that must be eaten before a certain time for health or safety reasons should be marked with a use by date. Foods should not be eaten after the use by date and can’t legally be sold after this date because they may pose a health or safety risk. Most foods have a best before date. You can still eat foods for a while after the best before date as they should be safe but they may have lost some quality.
