Ingredients (Serve 4)
Glass Noodle 150g, Japchae Sauce 150g, Beef Slice 100g, Spinach20g, Carrot 20g, Onion 20g, Sweet Pepper 20g, Mushroom 20g, Vegetable Oil, Sesame Oil 2t/s, Sesame Seeds
1⁾ Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2⁾ Add the spinach and blanch for 30 seconds to 1 minute,
3⁾ then take it out with a slotted spoon or strainer.
4⁾ Let the water keep boiling to cook the glass noodles.
5⁾ Heat up the skillet and add 2 teaspoons vegetable oil.
6⁾ Add the beef and mushroom mixture and stir fry for a few minutes.
7⁾ Mix with CJ Japchae sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
8⁾ Put it into a large mixing bowl.
9⁾ Add the egg garnish and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
10⁾ Mix it and transfer it to a large plate and serve.
