Seasoned fried chicken
Ingredients (serve 2~3)
1 Chicken about 1.5kg, 150g CJ Chicken Tempura Powder, 200ml Water, 200ml Sempio Sweet & Spicy Chicken sauce, 1 Shallot, 30g Crushed Peanut, 10 cup CJ Beksul Corn Oil, 1tbsp Salt, 1tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1⁾ Cut chicken into pieces and de-skin if desired. Season with salt and pepper.
2⁾ Place CJ Chicken Tempura Powder into a bowl, add water and mix well.
3⁾ Add seasoned chicken to bowl and mix well.
4⁾ Preheat CJ Beksul Corn Oil to 180'c and add chicken.
5⁾ Fry for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
6⁾ In a second bowl, pour Sempio Sweet and Spicy Chicken sauce and add fried chicken.
7⁾ Mix until chicken is fully coated in sauce.
3⁾ Chop shallot and soak in cold water for a few minutes to remove spiciness
