Ingredients (Serve 4)
Indomie Mi Goreng 5 packs, 3 Eggs, onion 1, vegetable oil 2T/S, 2 bunches green onions, garlic or normal salt and pepper
1⁾ Bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the noodles until tender,
about 3 minutes. Plunge the noodles into cold water to stop the cooking
drain in a colander set in the sink and drizzle the noodles with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Set aside.
2⁾ Place 3 eggs and sliced onions in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic salt and black pepper about 3 minutes.
3⁾ Stir in the noodles, sauces, sliced 2 bunches green onions into the vegetables and eggs. Bring the mixture to a simmer, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot.
