Ingredients (Serve 4)
600g short ribs, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 potato, 3 cup of water, Garbi Marinade 125g
1⁾ Soak the ribs in cold water for 30 minutes to 1 hour to remove blood from the meat.
2⁾ Cut vegetables in small pieces.
3⁾ Put short ribs, marinade and water in a pot and boil at medium heat for 10 minutes.
4⁾ Add vegetables and continue to simmer until meats and potatoes are tender.
